conditions for early bird sign on offer

This offer only applies to members who select Logan River Redlands Horse Trail Riding Club as there first club with ATHRA.  

This offer is only valid to renewing or new members who sign between October 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025

The joining member understands and acknowledges that this promotion is to increase membership.  Should a member cancel their membership after December 31st, they are no longer eligible to enter the draw and will be required to return the prize to the club for a redraw should their name be selected.

• Entry into the prize competition is available only to individuals who complete the early bird sign-up within the specified promotional period.
• The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives unless expressly stated by the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.
• By entering, participants agree that the organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, nor for technical errors that may occur during the sign-up process.
• Winners will be selected according to the published competition rules and notified via the contact details provided at sign-up. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
